Ingredients

For the Potatoes 🥔: 500g baby potatoes or waxy potatoes, halved or quartered, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons Zaza Za’atar

Optional Add-Ons ✨: 1 clove garlic, minced (for extra aroma), Zest of ½ lemon (for a citrusy lift)


For Garnish 🌿: Fresh parsley, finely chopped, Extra sprinkle of Zaza Za’atar, a squeeze of lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

Prep the Potatoes 🥔:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Scrub and chop your potatoes into even pieces for uniform roasting.

Season & Toss 🌿:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Zaza Za’atar, salt, pepper, and garlic (if using). Make sure each piece is nicely coated — don’t be shy!

Roast Until Golden 🔥:
Spread the potatoes on a lined baking tray in a single layer. Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until the edges are crispy and golden brown.

Finish & Serve 😋:
Remove from the oven, zest lemon over the top (if using), and give one final toss. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a final flourish of Zaza Za’atar. Serve hot and watch them disappear.
