Ingredients

For the Dressing πŸ‹: 120g extra-virgin olive oil (Β½ cup), juice of 2 lemons, Β½ teaspoon salt, Β½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon Zaza Za'atar

For the Salad πŸ₯—: 50g fine - the smallest you can get - #1 bulgur wheat (optional), 60g fresh curly parsley (about 2 packed cups), finely chopped, 2 firm tomatoes, finely chopped, Β½ green onion, finely chopped, ΒΌ cup fresh mint (optional), finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

Prepare the Dressing πŸ‹: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice (from 2 lemons), salt, black pepper, and Zaza Za'atar until well combined.

(Optional) Soak the Bulgur 🌾: Stir in the bulgur wheat into the dressing and let it soak for 20-30 minutes, or until the bulgur is plump and has absorbed most of the moisture.
